  • Ripe vine tomatoes
  • Crisp cucumbers
  • Pitted kalamata olives
  • Crumbled Greek feta cheese
  • Red onion
  • Green pepper
  • Fresh oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Washley the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and green pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the pitted kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle fresh oregano over the salad.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Gently toss all ingredients together until evenly coated.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
