Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Ripe Mango (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Passion Fruit Pulp
  • 3 cups Ice
  • Sweetener (to taste)
  • Optional Garnish: Mint, Toasted Coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh lemon juice, full-fat coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
  2. Add diced mango and passion fruit pulp; blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with sweetener if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves and toasted coconut if desired.
