  • Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • Pure Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Sweetened Cream of Coconut
  • Grated Toasted Coconut (for topping)
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs

  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, 1/2 cup pure squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 cup sweetened cream of coconut.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into two glasses, filling them to the top.
