Instructions

  1. Prepare the sweetened coconut sticky rice according to package instructions, ensuring it is sticky and well-cooked.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the thick coconut cream with sugar and a pinch of salt to taste.
  3. Layer the sticky rice into clear plastic cups, filling each about one-third full.
  4. Add a layer of ripe mango cubes on top of the rice.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened coconut cream over the mango layer.
  6. Repeat the layers of sticky rice and mango cubes if desired, finishing with a layer of mango.
