  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix cumin, rosemary, and sumac to create the spice rub for the lamb chops.
  2. Rub the lamb chops with the spice mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes.
