Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out biscuit dough and cut into quarters.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each dough piece and fold to seal.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
