Ingredients

  • Fusilli Pasta
  • Sliced Red & Green Bell Peppers
  • Cherry Tomatoes (red & yellow, halved)
  • Kalamata Olives (pitted, whole & halved)
  • Feta Cheese (cubed)
  • Finely Chopped Fresh Basil & Red Onion
  • Tossed in Basil Pesto
  • Dried Oregano
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with sliced red and green bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, pitted kalamata olives, cubed feta cheese, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Add fresh chopped basil and toss everything together with basil pesto until evenly coated.
  4. Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
