Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • Brown Sugar (packed)
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Egg
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Baking Soda & Salt
  • Milk Chocolate Bars (broken into chunks)
  • Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the broken milk chocolate bars and mini marshmallows.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set but still soft.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
