Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked gnocchi, corn, red bell pepper, and cooked bacon.
  5. Spread pesto evenly over the pre-made pizza crust.
  6. Top the pizza with the gnocchi mixture, pine nuts, and grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
