Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated dinner rolls
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine thawed and squeezed dry spinach, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, melted butter, Italian seasoning, and sea salt flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Separate the dinner rolls and flatten each one with your hands or a rolling pin into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened roll.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching the seams together to seal completely, forming a ball.
  6. Place the sealed rolls seam-side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spacing them evenly apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
