- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
