Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together brown butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Add flour and sea salt to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in toasted pecans and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
